Assembly Not Looking at Family Court Gaffe

Will let FBI, Supreme Court handle investigation

The heads of the state Senate and House Judiciary Committees do not plan to get involved in the controversy surrounding Supreme Court Chief Justice Ron Castille and $12 million in funding for the proposed Family Court building in Philadelphia.

They prefer to leave the matter to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and William Chadwick, a Washington, D.C. attorney and former Castille aide, to sort out.
