HARRISBURG — Top lawmakers in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives unveiled their proposed state budget Wednesday. Their $28.3 billion plan is markedly similar to <Gov. Tom Corbett’s. But Corbett’s also pushing for three major legislative initiatives to get passed by the June 30 budget deadline – pension reform, annual increases in transportation funding and liquor privatization.
So far, none of those initiatives have agreements between the House and Senate.
